The Park Hall 'Pro' 3D Cup 2011 for advanced/pro 3D flyers, using the 3Dformat.co.uk format, gives the UK 3D Pilot the chance to compete against other pilots to become the Park Hall 3D Cup Champion 2011!!

The 'Pro' 3D Cup format is simple:

1. All competitors will fly two rounds each day (sets and freestyle) and the combined score of the competitors highest scoring freestyle and set manoeuvres round will be used to deterimine the Top 5 flyers.
2. The Top 5 flyers will then compete again in the finals fly-off, with the final result for the Top 5 being based on the combined scores from the finals fly-off.
3. Set Manoeuvres in Freestyle - For the first round Pilots will choose four manoeuvres from the Manoeuvres List and combine them into a freestyle flight. The set manoeuvres should be choreographed into a free-flowing freestyle flight lasting between 2:30 and 3:30 minutes in total.
4. Freestyle Round - The second round is a freestyle flight where the pilot can show off their capabilities in a 3 minute flight.

When and where
The Park Hall 3D Cup competition is being held at Park Hall Helicopter Club on 2-3rd July 2011.

Entering the competition
Entry to the event is open to ALL UK pilots.
All pilots must have BMFA B-certificate cover or equivalent.
Entries are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis.
Entry will be via online application.
Entry cost will be £25 per pilot.
All competitors will receive a 'Park Hall 3D Cup 2011' Medallion as a momentoo of the event.
