Aim:
Are you wanting to improve on your basics to learn more advanced maneuvers? Working on hovering or completing your first circuit or are you wanting to learn piro flips? Would you like to learn setup techniques? The PHHC Flight Training School has been setup to help members get the most from this great hobby!
The flight school offers training from complete Novice to Advanced pilots that are looking to gain basic knowledge and or refine their current skills.
From hovering to extreme 3D maneuvers, we will show you how to become a better pilot by giving you the knowledge and tools to continually teach yourself.

Equipment:
The flight school offers training using the popular Align Trex 600 via Spektrum/JR buddy box control.

Students can also use there own machine if they wish but students wishing to use Futaba equipment for training will need to supply a second TX and buddy chord.

Your Instructor:
All training is carried out by Paul Lison, the current club Training Officer.

When & Where:
All flight training takes place at PHHC club field. Training is available most Saturday and Sundays.

Cost:
Cost is £25 pounds per hour.

What to Expect:
Each hour will typically consist of 3 buddy box flights. The early flights will be used to assess the students capability and identify future training goals. With later flights being focused on allowing the student to develop and push the boundaries of their skill, all within the safety of the buddy box system.
